Linguine with Scallops

Ingredients
12 ounce Barilla whole grain linguine1/3 cup lo/no sodium chicken broth1/3 cup water1/2 tsp olive oil1/4 cup chopped onions2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved1 red pepper1 green pepper3 cloves garlic12 ounce sea scallops2 small zucchini1 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp basil
Directions
Saute bay scallops and cook pasts. Toss cooked pasta with 2 Tbsp broth, 2 Tbsp water and 1/2 tsp olive oil. Saute peppers, onion, garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, zucchini, and cooked scallops. Cook another five minutes. Add remaining broth, water, lemon juice, and spices. Bring to boil. Serve over pasta.
