slow cooker beef stroganoff

Ingredients
2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 cup beef bouillon1 lb. beef stew meat2 Tb. light sour cream
Directions
combine soup and bouillon in slow cooker, mix stew beef in and cook on low 8-10 hours. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles.

    I make a variation of this reipe all the time... to dress it up a bit I use a squirt of worechester, a few onions of garlic, onion podwer, ground pepper, & italian seasoning mixed with a veggie of your choice- either mushrooms or broccli - 6/4/10

    All in all it was really easy to make and I loved how simple it was. Unfortunately, my husband and I found this recipe too bland to make again, but maybe with a few tweaks it could be better. - 4/4/08
