sweet and sour soup

Ingredients
Combine 5oz can of bamboo shoots16 oz shitake mushrooms6 cups of water1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup waterpack of extra firm tofu diced into piecesBring to a boil. Beat an egg and add it to the boiling soup. Serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups
