Balsamic Pork Chops and Mushrooms

Ingredients
6 pork chops3/4 cup flour1 tbs poultry seasoning1/2 teaspoon pepper24 oz mushrooms2 Tbs spicy mustard1 Tbs taragon6 cloves of minced garlic1 cup chicken broth4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
Directions
Slice mushrooms and lay in casserole dish pammed. Dredge the pork chops in flour, poultry seasoning and pepper, lay on top of mushrooms. Whisk up mustard, garlic, taragon, balsamic vinegar, chicken broth...pour over the top of the pork chops...bake at 350 for an hour or until it's done.
