1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 1/2 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Allspice

1.Slice carrots into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces.Boil carrots to desired tenderness and drain.

2.Combine remaining ingredients in skillet or saucepan and heat through.Add the carrots and mix with sauce.

    going to give it a try for lunch. Have alot of carrots to use up or feed to the deer. It is like the homemade BBQ sauce we make all the time. By adding vinegar you have sweet and sour sauce. The calorie information does not match the nutitional says 2 calories, the ingereients says 85 - 7/11/08
