Ham, cheese and olive Stromboli

Ingredients
1 17 oz package of fresh pizza dough2 cups (8 oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1/2 cup part skim ricotta8 oz honey ham (it is what we had)1/2 can large black pitted olives sliced Italian seasoning
Directions
Roll out your dough on a floured surface. First put the ham down (You can start with a base of roasted garlic if you like) then top with cheeses, italian seasoning and olives. Roll up like a Jelly roll sealing edge with an egg wash . Put seamed side down on a pizza stone or pan Brush top with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 or until top is browned nicely. You may also take it out 5 minutes early, top with shredded parmesan cheese then return to oven until it is melted. Makes 8 servings.. dip in mustard or tomato sauce.. whatever your heart desires.
