Baked Italian Veggies

Ingredients
2 Large Potatos2 large Onions2 Large Zuccini2 Large TomatoesSalt and Pepper to taste1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, slicedGarlic Powder to Taste. (2TBLS) Pam cooking spray.
Directions
Peel all Veggies.
Slice into rounds
Spray Butter Flavored Pam on Lasagna Pan.
Layer the Potatoes, S&P, Basil and Garlic, Then layer on a layer of onions,
s&P, basil and garlic, then top with zuccini, s&P, basil and garlic, then another layer of onions, s&P, basil and garlic.
Finally Top with Tomatoes, Basil and Garlic
Bake 45 Minutes at 375.
Take out of oven and add Parm Cheese.
Bake 15 more minutes.
Cut into 6 servings.
