Crunchy Homemade Granola (extra fiber version!)

Ingredients
Oats, 4 cupUncle Sam cereal, 1 cupAlmonds, 1 cup, sliveredSunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cupBrown Sugar, .25 cup, packedCinnamon, ground, 1 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tspSalt, .25 tspCrisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 5.25 tbspHoney, .33 cupWater, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .75 cup
Directions
Mix oats, nuts, seeds, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Make a well in mixture and add oil, honey, and water. Toss until combined and spread evenly on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes.
Let cool, then stir in dried fruit and cereal.
Makes 7 cups (14 half-cup servings)
