Asian Slaw Redone

Ingredients
3 Tblsp rice wine vinegar1 Tblsp canola oil2.5 Tblsp no-sugar peanut butter1.5 Tblsp soy sauce1.5 Tblsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 Tblsp minced fresh ginger1 Tblsp minced garlic2.5 cups shredded green cabbage1 cup shredded red cabbage1 carrot, shredded4 green onion, thinly sliced1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar blend, ginger and garlic.

In a large bowl, mix the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro. Toss with the dressing just before serving.
