Chelles Baked Pears

Ingredients
Pears, fresh, 3 cup slices Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Oats, .50 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Flour, white, .25 cup Salt, 1 dash Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Slice pears and put into baking dish, sprinkle sugar on top and vanilla. Mix oats, brown sugar olive oil salt mix and pour over top of pears and bake at 375 30 min
