3 Cheese Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
Penne Pasta, wheat, uncooked, 3 cupsCottage cheese (2%), 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese (part skim), 1/4 cupParmesan cheese, shredded, 5 tbspBasil, salt, pepper - add to taste(I also added Italian seasoning)Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 1 tspOnion, 1 slice, choppedCanned stewed tomatoes, 1 1/2 cupsSpinach, cooked & chopped, 6 oz
Directions
-Boil pasta per package recommendation
-In bowl mix cheeses, seasonings, canned tomatoes
-Sauté in olive oil the chopped onion, garlic and spinach (cooking spinach until it is wilted)

Combine pasta and sautéed items with the cheese and tomatoes. Mix until everything is coated.

Put into 8 x 11.5 baking dish. Cover with tin foil so pasta does not get crisp.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
