1 pound of lean ground beef1 can hunts spaghetti sauce1 red pepper chopped1 yellow pepper chopped1 med. onion chopped2 cups of minute rice cooked1 small bag of Kraft Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Make Rice according to package.
Brown and wash beef.
Chopped veggies.
Combine everything, top with cheeseand put into an 8x8 baking dish. Cover.
Bake for 1 hour.
