Ingredients
Directions
1 Wheat English Muffin1 Large egg (egg substitute or egg white)1 Slice of lean ham 1 Slice of Swiss Cheese
This is a quick breakfast solution as long as you have a microwave .
Beat the egg in a small bowl. Place it to cook in the microwave for 1 minute (mixing it every 20 seconds t omake sure the fully cook). Take the english muffin, cut it in 1/2. Fold the slice of ham over one side of the muffin. TOp it off wit hte egg and then the slice of cheese. If you have a toaster oven, place both halves in it for about 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Close the sandwich and enjoy.
It makes 1 serving. You can substiture your favorite cheese or meat in the sanwich. This is just what I found works out the easiest to cook while I'm at work or in a big hurry.
