Sesame Cucumber Chicken

Ingredients
2 cups julienned carrots2 cup julienned cucumber - 1 large2 chicken breasts14 ounces thin spaghetti2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp ginger1/4 tsp black pepper4 tsp soy sauce2 Tbsp lemon juice4 Tbsp peanut butter2 tsp chicken broth powder2 tsp sesame oil1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Marinate chicken breasts in 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Broil marinated chicken 6-7 minutes. Cook pasta. In small bowl whisk 2/3 cup pasta water, peanut butter, 4 tsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, broth powder, sesame oil, and 1 tsp ginger. Toss spaghetti, chicken and uncooked vegetables in sauce.
