penne with broccolli rabe and sausage

Ingredients
4 sausage links (1 lb)1 bunch broccolli rabe6 oz mini penne1/2 cup riccotta part skim2 garlic cloves1/2 cup garbanzo beans (chick peas)1 small onion sliced black pepper mrs dash
Directions
brown sausage and then sweat onions in sausage fat. Season with pepper and mrs. dash. In another pot boil water for pasta. When pasta is almost done throw in broccolli rabe to blanch for one minute.
puree beans with some pasta water and add ricootta, mix. Throw pasta, broccolli rabe and puree into pan with sausage and toss well. Serves 6
