High Protein Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients
1 container non-fat greek yogurt (5.3oz)6 egg whites2/3 cup old fashioned oats3 teaspoons sugar (or sweetener to taste)1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Blend egg whites and yogurt. Mix in oatmeal and cocoa powder. Let batter sit for a few minutes. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Drop batter onto pan. When bubbles break on top of pancake, flip over. Makes about 14 - 3" pancakes.

    Glad you like the recipe! Although it adds a few more calories, I love to cut out the cocoa, add a banana and a few chopped walnuts...They taste like grandma's best banana bread!
