Spinach-Miso Pesto

Ingredients
1/4 cup spinach2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves2 tablespoons toasted walnuts1 scallion, green part only 1 packet Edward & Sons Reduced Sodium Miso-Cup1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until pureed, but with a bit of texture remaining. Use immediately; this is best soon after it's made.

Makes 3 1/4-cup servings.
