Ingredients
Dough:3.5 Cup Flour white2 Cup Water***.33 Cup Olive oil1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt1 package yeast.125 Cup sugarSauce: 1 small can tomato paste2 cup tomato sauce or diced or crushed or whatever you like (recipe ingredient is sauce for calculation)Toppingsminced garlicParmesan Cheese, gratedChopped BasilSlices of OnionOlive Oil
Directions
Make the dough by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl or mixer with dough attachment.

***(You may need more or less water... just start with adding all the oil and then mix the water in a bit at a time until it is mixed and slightly sticky)

When everything is mixed remove to a floured surface and knead until it comes together. Let rise until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 400 F

Saute an onion in olive oil over medium high heat until caramelized. In a separate pan heat some more olive oil to a high heat and fry the minced garlic until light brown and mix with onions. be careful with the garlic because if you cook it too much past light brown it will continue to cook and become bitter.

Mix the tomato products together in a pot.... you can add stuff here like garlic or oregano but I like the taste of plain tomato.

There should be enough dough to make 2 round pizzas but I usually just make one big rectangular one on my pizza stone, whichever you like best I suppose...

Bake until done... about 20 min? I never time it. Just make sure it doesn't burn the parmesan!

makes 16 servings of 1 Slice

[You can cut the Oil out of the dough an add water to save some calories but this is good fat. (156 calories per serving without the oil... its 40 calories)]
