Fish Fillet with burnt Garlic

Pink Salmon ( 2 fillets )Olive Oil ( 1 tsp )Garlic ( 4 cloves )Basil ( 5 leaves )Thyme - fresh ( 2tsp )Lime juice (1 fl. oz)Salt ( a dash )pepper ( 1 tsp )
Take 2 fillets of fresh pink salmon and marinate it for an hour in 1tsp pepper powder, a dash of salt , a squeeze of lime. Once you've added the pepper, salt n lime, finely chop the basil leaves and thyme and add them to the marinade. While your fish is marinating finely chop 4 cloves of garlic and sautee them in a drop of olive oil till they turn brown. Keep aside. When your hour is up, heat a frying pan with 1tsp Olive oil and put the fish in it. Put the lid on and check occassionally. Turn the fillets when done on one side. When the fish is nearly done sprinkle the burnt garlic on the fillets and let it simmer for around 30 secs. n Voila !!! your tasty low fat fillets are done.
