1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt (low fat)3/4 cup milk (1%)1.5 cups frozen peaches
Directions
place half frozen peaches, yogurt and half the milk in blender, start blending, gradually add rest of peaches and milk until smooth.
Makes 2 8 oz servings
