Chicken and Goat Cheese Flat Bread Pizza

Ingredients
1 whole wheat flat bread 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil5 Tbsp tomato paste0.25 cup red onion0.50 tsp garlic (or to taste)30 g goat cheese6 asparagus spears, washed and trimmedBasil or parsley
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add the chicken and heat through. Set aside. Spread the tomato paste onto the flat bread then add seasoning of choice (basil and parsley are good!). Spread on chicken mixture then place the asparagus spears in a wagon wheel pattern on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Broil in oven at 350 F until the crust begins to brown. Divide into 6 slices.
