Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp melted butter2 eggs1 cup non fat milka dash of saltOptional:1 tsp vanilla extract2 envelopes splenda ( I like them sweet )
Directions
Makes about 11 small and thin crepes the way I like them :)
Each serving equals three crepes

Whisk all ingredients and pour desired amount in a non-stick pan over low heat for less than a minute or until the color of the batter changes (depends on the thickness)

Flip and wait for another 30 seconds or less

Serve hot
