Ingredients
1 Arnold sandwich thin (opened)2 tbs Prego spaghetti sauce1 tbs onion 1tbs Green peper2tbs Mushrooms (caned or fresh)1/4 cup Kraft fat free Cheddar cheeseItalion spices if you like
Directions
This makes 1 serving
Place sandwich thins in toaster. Toast till crispy may need to do twice.
Spread one tbs of sauce on each thin
Add 1/2 tbs chopped onion to each.
Add 1/2 tbs chopped green pepper to each.
Add 1tbs sliced mushroom the each. (I like canned)
Divide cheese between both
Now pop in the microwave for 30- 45 seconds
And enjoy!

    I use Arnold's sandwich thins for many things including an egg sandwich in the morning. This is a great idea for "fake" pizza and the calorie count is amazingly low. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!! - 11/6/10

    Great idea. I also use whole wheat tortillas with the same concept, and about the same calorie count. I love them for a quick lunch for me! - 9/15/10
