Veggie "Mushroom" Tacos

Ingredients
* Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces * *McCormick Hot Taco seasoning, 1 tsp * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Beans, black, .75 cup -Canned * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced * Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded * Flour Tortillas, 5 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Directions
-Start with Frying Pan
-Put Olive Oil in Pan after the pan is slightly heated up.
-Put Tortillas on a plate and place in oven at 200-250* for 7-10 minutes.
-Chop Up Veggies and get them ready to go into pan.
-Add Taco Seasoning First!
-Then add Green Peppers and Onions
-After they simmer for a minute add the mushrooms and stir.
-Heat up black beans and get tomatos and cheese ready.
Once the veggies and tortillas are HOT! be ready to EAT!
