Creamy Jalapeno Dip

2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1 1/4 tsp dried parsley1 tsp black pepper1 tsp krazy salt1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced8 oz fat free sour cream
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
