Ingredients
Extra Lean Ground Beef, 650 gramsRicotta Fresh Soft Cheese, 2 cupsCatelli Lasagna Noodles, 6 cooked noodlesfresh garlic, 3 cloves, pressedBell Pepper, Orange, 1/2 cubed 1 medium onion, choppedRagu Original with Ground Beef, 5.6 cup Light Marble Cheese, 390 gram(s), gratedEgg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Brown ground beef.
Drain & rinse.
Return to pan. Add onions, garlic, pepper and Ragu sauce.
Reheat.
Mix ricotta and egg together in a seperate bowl.
Layer 1/2 the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Top with a 3 noodles.
Layer on the ricotta mixture. Top with another 3 noodles.
Layer the rest of the meat sauce on top of the noodles.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Place in 350F oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil to melt the cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Let the lasagna 'rest' for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes approximately 12 - 1 cup servings.
