Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean/7% fat raw ground beef 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice1/4 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt1 Tbsp chili powder16 oz canned crushed tomatoes 1 medium bell pepper (red, green, or yellow)3 large onions
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Slice onions. Dice red pepper. Cook ground beef and drain. Add onions, bell pepper and saute till onion is cooked. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Please in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered for 1 hour.
