Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats2/3 cup brown sugar3/4 cup dried fruit (can be fresh too, may affect baking time)3 1/3 cups skim milk1 tsp cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt2 eggs beaten1 Tbl. canola oil1 Tbl. vanilla
Directions
Mix dry incredients together. Add wet incredients and fruit. Stir together. Pour into greased 9 1/2 round cake pan. It will fill to just short of the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Cut into 12 slices.
