1 lb lean ground beef2 cups chopped onions1 cup celery (thinly sliced)1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoesdash of pepper to taste2-1/2 cups macaroni (dry)
Brown hamburger till done. Add onion, celery, tomatoes & pepper. Simmer till onion & celery are clear. Cook Macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni and put back in kettle. Add meat sauce to macaroni and mix thoroughly. Heat through and serve. makes approx (9) 1-1/2-cup servings.
