Becky's Cabbage, Red Potato, and Green Bean Souip

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)*Delmonte fresh cut string beans - 1/2 cup, 7 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *regular pork fatback curls//0.5oz., 1 serving Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) red potato 6 cubed black pepper to taste
Directions
chop cabbage , onion and potato's to desired size put in large pot,
drain and riinse string beans (I prefer fresh string beans but if using canned I rinse them) add to pot
add fatback cover with water
bring to a boil then simmer for 2-3 hrs you can add or decrease water,
makes about 10 2 cup servings,
