Beef & Cabbage Casserole

1 ib. Ground Beef, extra lean1 cup Onion, chopped 2 Potatoes, shredded1 cup Carrots, shredded1 small head Cabbage, chopped1 cup Non-fat Milk1/2 cup Egg Beaters, White1 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded1 tbls. ParsleySalt & Pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and onions. While beef is browning, shred carrots and potatoes, chop cabbage and shred swiss cheese. Once beef and onion has browned, add in vegetables, parsley, salt & pepper, cover and cook on medium, for approximately 15 minutes. Pour into large casserole dish. Mix milk, egg white substitute and swiss cheese. Pour over beef and cabbage mix. Place in preheated oven (350) and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
