Beef Chilli

Ingredients
* Beans, red kidney, 230 grams (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * Ground beef, extra lean, 400 grams (remove) * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup (remove) * *Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) * Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) * Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove) * *chilli powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Soften the onions and garlic in the oil. Brown the mince in the same pan. Add the kidney beans and all the spices and sauce, cook for a few minutes, then add the pepper an tomato. Season to taste and simmer for 30 mins. Serve with rice or tacos.
