Crock Pot Moroccan Lentils with Sweet Potatos

Ingredients
Lentils, 2.5 cupSweet potato, 2, 5" longPotato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 8 clovesTomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)Cumin seed, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tbspPepper, black, 3 tspWater, tap, 4.5 cup (8 fl oz)Lemon Juice, 2 fl ozGround tumeric, 2 tspGinger, ground, 1 tspOlive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Peel and cut sweet potatoes and potatoes into pieces slightly smaller than a golf ball. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker except green beans. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until vegetables are tender. If your crockpot cooks hotter check at 6 hours. Check every two hours, adding more spices to taste.
