Bionaturae GF pasta8 oz package of mushrooms, sliced1 large onion, chopped2 T olive oil1.5 cups nonfat milk3 T potato starch1 t dry ground mustard1/4 t pepper8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
cook pasta according to package directions. meanwhile, sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil. mix potato starch, mustard and pepper and blend with milk. add to mushrooms mixture and stir until thick. remove from heat and mix in cheese. drain cooked pasta and add to cheese sauce. bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, until bubbly. serves 6.
