Ingredients
oatmeal, steel cut, or regular 1 Cupsoy milk 1 Cup (can use low fat or skim milk)vanilla 1/4 tspalmonds 1/4 slivered almondsraisins 1/2 C (can use any dried fruit like cranberries)apple grated with skinmaple syrup (sugar free) 2 Tbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 Coat a 1.5 casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. If you are preparing night before don't add the liquid ingredients such as milk and grated apple until morning

3. Place mixture in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes
