House Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce1/3 head romaine lettuce1 cup canned marinated artichoke hearts (save the juices for dressing)1 cup sliced red onions1 cup diced pimientos (save liquid for dressing)2/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup red wine vinegar1 tsp salt¼ tsp ground black pepper2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Wash lettuces, and let drain completely. Refrigerate until cold. Split head of iceberg in half, pulling the heart out and breaking it into small pieces. Do NOT use a knife. Separate rest of iceberg. Tear each romaine leaf into 3 pieces. Place lettuce in large bowl. Add artichokes hearts, onion, and pimientos.
Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, cheese, pimiento juice, and artichoke juice. Add to lettuce in bowl. Toss until mixed completely and serve.
