Chicken Lasagna(with zucchini)

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup diced green pepper1/2 lb sliced fresh mushroomssaute veggies in olive oil. 3 Chicken breasts cooked and cut into bite size pieces3-4 small zucchini sliced thin2 cups low fat cheddar cheesemix together1/5 cups low fat cottage cheese.5 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
Put chicken pieces in bottom of oval or square oven dish. Precooked and cut into bike size pieces. Sat and pper and sprinkle with garlic powder. Layer zucchini slices. Cover with cottage cheese mixture. Next add veggies that have been sauted in a frying pan and cover mixture. Bake at 350degrees for 45 minutes covered. Take off the lid and cook an extra 10 minutes until zucchini is cooked.SErves 4
