Ingredients
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 cup salsa (your choice)1 tsp. Mrs. Dash SW Chipoltle Seasoning BlendS & P optional (to taste)4 Mission Tortillas Shells (96% Fat Free) LargeLettuce- 1 leaf per shell
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. Cook in nonstick frying pan until no longer pink. Add salsa and seasonings. Simmer covered on Low for 10 minutes. Place lettuce leaf on burrito shell, then fill 1/4 of filling onto shell. Roll to enclose all of filling.
