My dinner guests truly were guinea pigs-but this salad came through with flying colors. I added a few walnuts on top, too. Surprising taste made with sourcream, Delicious! - 6/30/10

This is similar to an ambrosia salad I make but it uses only 1/4 c sour cream and 3 Tbsp brown sugar (I use Splenda brown sugar) and also 1/2 c chopped pecans. It is a yummy dessert and I'm always asked to bring it to get togethers - 6/26/10

    Incredible!
Great hit at our Memorial Day cookout. Used no sugar added fruit cups and sprinkled coconut and walnut pieces on top. No leftovers with this one. - 5/31/10

I love this! It reminds me of what my mother used to make for special occasions. I make it with just the pineapple and oranges instead of grapes and add a sprinkle of coconut. It can also be made with light sour cream or plain yogurt. Greek yogurt will make it more creamy. - 3/21/10
