Introduction

I used spaghetti squash in this recipe to make it low carb. If you want to make it low calorie substitute the beef for broccoli. You could prepare the spaghetti squash ahead of time, it stays well in the fridge. I used spaghetti squash in this recipe to make it low carb. Did not look very appetizing, but it tasted fantastic! Used extra lean ground chicken, onion, garlic, mushrooms. Left out olive oil and water. Used 40% less sodium soy sauce and a dash of dried chili pepper flakes. Squash soaked up all the flavours and it's my new favourite spaghetti squash recipe! - 3/5/15

Great healthy recipe! I did not have Oyster sauce, used Hoisen sauce and left over pork. Also used Garlic Chili paste in place of chili sauce. Perfect amount of spicy heat. - 10/30/10
