I love it. I skipped the lemon juice and used low fat sour cream. I used Mrs. Dash instead of pepper and salt and well my son loves it. I love the fact I can control the kick to the hummus. I love hummus but the kick or the bite got to me after a while. I will be making this again. Thank you - 3/11/10

I've made this several times & LOVE IT! I up the garlic to 3-4 cloves & mince it. I use a potato masher & like the chunky texture I end up with but a blender would make it smoother. I also sub sesame oil for the evoo & only use 1-1/2 tsp. So inexpensive & DELISH - no more store-bought hummus for me! - 7/27/09

YUM! Will definitely make this again. I used 1 cup of dried garbanzo beans and soaked them over night, cooked them and used the entire amount (just over 2 cups). I had to add a little more plain yogurt (subbed for sour crm) but it was delish. Make sure you add the salt - mine needed some at serving. - 8/11/10

I used FF sour cream because a lot of the comments on here said it was good. Well, I don't know if it's the FF sour cream or what but I found this to be really gross. I am an avid hummus eater and this tastes nothing like I've had before. I'm disappointed that I've wasted all those ingredients. - 1/22/10
