Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 pork chops (3/4" thick // approx. 1 lb)
    0.25 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp catsup
    0.5 cup cold water
    3 tbsp honey
    1 sm. onion minced
    0.25 tsp ground ginger
    0.125 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Brown meat in pan lightly sprayed with Pam. Place browned pork in 9X13" baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Pour mixture over chops. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until the chops are tender.
Serve with rice.

    Awesome!! DH and I loved this recipe. Served with a side of whole wheat noodles in a spicy peanut sauce. Also made extra marinade and added a dash of cornstarch, simmered for a couple minutes on the stove. Made a nice glaze to add to the loins. Thanks for the recipe. - 7/11/11

    This was awesome. Super easy and the marinade can go with any type of meat you would like. Think next time will try with chicken. Very easy and could always mix marinade up before and let sit until you need it to make things easier but is already super easy! Love it!!! - 7/19/10
