Ingredients

    1 lb chicken tenders
    4 oz water
    1 (.7 oz) pk Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
    1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
    6 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese

Directions

Place the chicken in the crock pot.
In a bowl mix the other ingredients until blended.
Pour mixture on top of chicken.
Cook on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 6 hours.

    This is a fantastic recipe. Reminds me of chicken stroganoff. I did add fresh mushrooms and 1/4 grated parmesan at the end. I love it on rice and on noddles. - 1/26/11
