Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    3oz Shrimp
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (reduced milk)
    6 Strips Yellow Bell Peppers
    1/4 Cup Chopped Serrano Peppers
    1/4 Cup Chopped Scallions
    1/4 Cup Red Onions
    1/2 Cup Tomatoe Sauce
    1 tsp. Crushed Red Peppers
    1 tbsp Dried Basil

Directions

Preheat oven 300F
Cook Shrimp in pan with scallion, serrano peppers, and crushed red pepper in meduim sauce pan until done.
Spread tomatoe sauce on pita bread.
Then place shrimp, scallion, and pepper mixture to pita.
Spread mozzarella on top.
Add yellow bell peppers and red onions to you pizza.
Put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle Basil on top.

    This was such a wonderfully tasty and easy meal to prepare. I added a few mushrooms, a little bacon and green peppers instead of red and it was ...WOW! The bacon added about 35 more calories since I used one strip.

    I MADE TWO. ONE WILL BE FOR LUNCH TOMORROW. :-D
