Delicious! Made this for Easter dinner and everyone enjoyed it! Used a boneless half ham. Also substituted splenda brown blend for the brown sugar. Might try it with pork tenderloin next time! - 3/24/08

    Incredible!
DELICIOUS! I made this today, though I used a 10lb spiral ham, an entire can of Guinness, 1 1/2C Brown Sugar & 3/4C of Stone Ground Whole Grain Mustard. I mixed 1/2 the brown sugar with the stout and mustard. I pur remaining sugar on ham then poured over mixture, then basting throughout cook time. - 4/1/18

    Good
Not sure I'm make it again. For me it was just ok. Put juice from casserole dish into skillet and thickened with 1 TBSP cornstarch and 1 TBSP margarine. Turned it into a really good gravy, which made the dish better. - 1/24/13

    Incredible!
Excellent, in under an hour, and it tasted like I cooked all day! I used a pecan nut beer, yellow and horseradish mustards (as the recipe was not specific) and scored a quartered pre-cooked ham instead of slicing it. Even my super picky kids thought it was yummy! Will definitely make this again! - 12/25/10

I made it in the crockpot and it was fantastic! My family loved it (picky children) and the gravy was great over mashed potatoes. - 12/4/10

Can also substitues Vernors for the beer which is how my Mother always made it growing up. Of course we live near the Vernors capital of the world, too! - 4/8/09

    Very Good
I was making a ham for dinner and realized I didn't have any pineapple juice to make the glaze I usually make. So I came out here to check the spark recipes and I am glad I did. I used this recipe and it was very good. Thanks! - 8/2/07
