Introduction

This is a very low carb, easy, tasty sandwich stuffer. NOT low fat, so please don't comment about that - we low carbers do not avoid fat, we embrace it! :-) Try it on my recipe (listed on spark) for flax sandwich rolls with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion. Enjoy and please comment if you make it! This is a very low carb, easy, tasty sandwich stuffer. My hubby was kind enough to bring 3 cans of salmon home last night. I love having some in the house. I am making this recipe up tonight. I'm glad it has fat. Thanks to the tracker I learned that I wasn't getting enough in my diet. I have a feeling this is going to be a great stand-by recipe! - 9/14/11

    O.K.
I thought that the spices were too much, especially the mustard. I am going to try it again with smaller amounts of spices. - 4/4/17

I'm going to try it fir lunch today. I was given canned salmon I was not sure what to do with it I'm going to have mine as a salad with romaine lettuce. Will try it with Lite Mayo. Thank you for including serving size. - 8/28/14

Just the spring board I was looking for!!!! I love the ingredients! I followed them loosely, though I nearly cried when I realized I had no dill! I've tried a slight variation and it is now combining in the fridge. I'll see what happens. Thank you for the recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 2/27/11

Great taste. This is exactly the type of 'salad' recipe I was hoping to find when I typed canned salmon. Thanks. - 11/4/10

    Very Good
Very good! I'll definitely it make again for a quick and healthy lunch. I made an open-faced sandwich by spreading it on a toasted whole-wheat slice of bread and peeling slivers of a Weight Watchers string cheese and placing them on top. - 10/16/10
