Lots of flavor! I served over brown rice and added some frozen spinach to the mixed. I liberally used garlic, parsley and the red crushed peppers! - 4/27/09

Really good. Instead of rice I used whole grain pasta and cooked it in the pan with the remaining oil and juices from the scallops. Yum! - 7/1/12

I also added frozen spinach & garlic hummus as I loved Boston Market creamed spinach, + a tad of feta cheese. Yum! - 2/4/12

This was a great recipe! It was so fast and easy that dinner was done in no time! Even my super picky husband loved it and didn't put BBQ sauce on top of it....that's his way of "trying" something he knows he isn't going to like. I will definitely make this again! - 10/27/10

Made this tonight, increased the amount of scallops to 16 oz and the garlic to 3 cloves since I needed to serve 6. It was very good, and I'll be making it again. - 1/21/10

Very good! I cut down the recipe so it would feed one or two, left out the parsley. I also wanted to try it first without the rice: I think it would be good either way! I had roasted asparagus with it. - 6/26/19

This was very good! I do not do a lot of cooking so for me it was quick and so tasty. I wanted more which is the downfall. I also tossed in some spinach near the end and then put over some brown rice and put the remaining juices over it. Definitely delicious - 4/9/14

Not bad. A tad bit bland, so I added some salt. But scallops are a bit bland, aren't they? This was a quick and easy meal. I added some steamed asparagus and was a happy camper. Thank you for sharing! - 12/1/12

I made this more for my husband, however I also cooked a cod fillet with it and I thought it was delicious. My husband liked the scallops also. I did add a little lemon juice at the end a sprinkled some bread crumbs on the top. I would definitly use this recipe again! - 12/1/07
