I've made this lots. But I also make a fruit salsa to use as a low calorie dip.
1 large granny smith apple cored and chopped into wedges
2 kiwi fruit peeled and cut into pieces
    8 strawberries remove stems
    2 tbsps apple jelly (optional)
Place fruit into a mini chopper and coarsely chop.

These were pretty good I felt like there was too much cinnamon for the mixture but it was delicious. I have gotten a bunch of other people making this recipe too. - 2/3/11

You can also take a plain tortilla (i like the whole wheat ones) microwave it for 10-15 sec and then spray a little spray butter on top, then sprinkle cinn/splenda on it. roll up and enjoy. I also add red fat/ff whipped cream to center and roll up. kinda like a cannoli but lighter - 6/27/10

I made this except, I didn't use cooking spray. I sprayed the tortilla with water then sprinkled the cinnamon and sugar mixture. I can't use artificial sweeteners so I used real sugar. - 12/5/09

I've done this with chilli powder or low sodium taco seasoning and a tiny bit of salt. Super yummy. Never thought to go sweet - looking forward to giving it a shot. - 6/15/09
