Delicious - We use frozen tortellini (only takes about 3 min to cook) and a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh if it is winter. Everyone loves it. I have made this many times and it is one of our family favorites. For the non vegetarian family members, I have turkey italian sausage on the side. - 6/18/10
