i thought this recipe was so good i've made it once a week for three weeks already! my only change would be to halve the cayenne... it was VERY hot with one teaspoon! it's so yummy & easy to make, you just have to try it. - 11/27/07

This was really delicious and easy to make! I used a teaspoon of the cayenne pepper and it was a little too spicy for us. (We love hot food too!) I think I would cut the amount in half. - 6/20/07

Thsi way so easy and tasty even without the cliantro and the avocado. I just did not have them in the house. I also omitted the jalepeno since my 3 year old would be eating it. Very tasty. - 4/15/07

Adjusted the cayenne down to half and was just perfect for the right amount of heat. Tasty and light meal. Excellent for a hot summer day. - 8/19/13

I made this when my Mom and picky eating brother came over for dinner, now they want me to make it for every family dinner. They did not even belive it was a diet recipe.
